The Sheldon Day team have counted up all of the pennies that were spent in our village last weekend at Sheldon Day, and initial results suggest that we made £3200…superb!

The team want to pass on the following message:

Thanks need to go to everyone who helped, as usual, though I would give special thanks to the main team of Lindsay, Wendy, Julia, Mark and Elizabeth, and give a special mention to Andrew and Oliver, without whom we could not do this (all their work moving everything up and down the village, setting up and clearing up), and this year particularly to Phil Gregory and John for keeping the parking under control, which was a real feat!
