Two similar vehicles have been stolen within a week of each other in the north of the county.

Sometime between Friday, December 27 at 4pm and Saturday, December 28 at 8.30am a green Land Rover Defender, 52 registration plate, was stolen from a house on Church Street in Monyash. The car was parked on the main road.

A further Land Rover Defender, green in colour, 56 registration plate, was stolen sometime between Sunday, January 05 at 11pm and Monday, January 06 at 8am. The keys were not stolen and the vehicle was taken from the driveway on White Tor Road, Starkholmes, Matlock.
